RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns / exchange for our tea unless a wrong order has been sent to you.
We do not offer returns / exchange for our teaware and merchandise unless there is a product defect or a wrong order has been sent to you.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return / exchange, stating your reasons and your order number.
Once your request has been approved, we will arrange for delivery to pick up the order from you. Your order should be returned in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
It will take 3 - 5 working days for us to send out your order once again or credit a refund to the original form of payment for the purchase price.
Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.
Please note that we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of teaware and merchandise damaged or lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
