  • Where do your teas come from?
    All of our teas are sourced in Taiwan. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure top quality, taste and the perfect ratio for each blend.
  • Do you use flavourings in your teas?
    Yes, we do use natural flavourings in our Lychee Goji Berry and Four Seasons Rose tea blends. Natural flavours are made from the extraction of essential oils from the leaves, fruits, blossoms, roots, or other parts of a plant to enhance and achieve the desired taste suitable for all taste buds.
  • Why do you use loose leaf teas instead of tea bags?
    1. The tea leaves in most tea bags are actually the dust and fanning from broken tea leaves. 2. Most tea bags are made of thin and permeable papers and some of them are not biodegradable. 3. Consumers can adjust the quantity of tea leaves to suit a different sized brewing vessel.
  • Do tea leaves expire?
    The shelf life of every tea is different but the average is a good 2 years. Prolong the shelf life of your favourite loose leaf tea by always sealing the pouch and storing them in a cool and dry environment, away from any odours or direct sunlight.
  • Is it safe to drink tea during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
    If you are concerned about drinking teas while pregnant or breastfeeding, we suggest consulting a doctor.
  • What are the payment methods accepted?
    - Credit / Debit card including Visa, Mastercard - Paypal
  • How are the orders packaged?
    All orders are packed in kraft mailing boxes, and sealed with our logo sticker.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?
    Upon payment, orders placed will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. While we do our best to pack and ship your orders, do note that delivery times may be delayed during festive seasons and unforeseen situations that we do not have control of.
  • What are the shipping rates?
    Flat rate of $5 for orders under $60. We offer free shipping for orders $60 and above.
  • Do you ship internationally?

  • It has been more than 5 days and I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?
