  • Where are your teas sourced from?
    Our tea selection is exclusively sourced from Taiwan, where we maintain a close collaboration with our suppliers to guarantee superior quality, flavor, and the ideal blend ratio for each tea.
  • Do your teas contain flavourings?
    In crafting some of our tea blends, we incorporate natural flavorings derived from essential oils extracted from various plant parts such as leaves, fruits, blossoms, and roots. This process enhances the taste to cater to a diverse range of palates.
  • Do tea leaves have an expiration date?
    While the shelf life varies for each tea, the average duration is a commendable 1.5 years. To extend the shelf life of your preferred loose leaf tea, ensure proper sealing of the pouch and store it in a cool, dry environment, away from any odors or direct sunlight.
  • Is it safe to consume tea during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
    For individuals who may have concerns about consuming tea during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we recommend consulting with a medical professional.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods: - Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) - Paypal
  • How are orders packaged?
    In our effort to reduce packaging, all orders will be carefully packaged in environmentally-friendly paper bags.
  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?
    Upon payment, orders are typically shipped within 3 - 5 business days. While we strive to pack and ship promptly, please be aware that delivery times may experience delays during festive seasons and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • What are the local and international shipping rates?
    For local orders under $60, there is a flat rate of $5. Local orders $60 and above enjoy complimentary local delivery. For international orders under $250, there is a flat rate of $35. International orders $250 and above enjoy complimentary international shipping. Please note: 1. All international orders include tracking via Speedpost by Singapore Post. 2. Opting out of registered mail for non-traceable normal mail means we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 3. International orders may be subject to country-specific duties and fees based on the order value, which will be the responsibility of the customer/receiver. 4. Recipients are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable). 5. Charges apply for re-delivery if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or absence during delivery.
  • I have not received my order, what should I do?
    If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us via email at hello@thelilyyard.com or through the Contact box, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Voucher Terms and Conditions
    1. Vouchers are valid until the specified date on the voucher. 2. Each voucher is valid for a single order per customer. 3. Vouchers are applicable only for purchases made on The Lily Yard online store. 4. Vouchers cannot be used concurrently with other promotion codes or vouchers. 5. Vouchers hold no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen, or expired. 6. The Lily Yard reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
